Please consult the Introduction to Events page for a description of the spaces available in the KLC / Community House for events and conditions of their use.
The KLC aims to be open for general public browsing on most weekday afternoons, Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 4 PM, but this depends upon the availability of volunteers. These sessions are not identified in this Events Calendar. Any person wishing to book a meeting space during those hours should consult an on-site Supervisor or telephone 50668 for advice as to whether there might be a conflict. Some meetings could be consistent with public access to the remainder of the venue, others might require exclusive access, depending on numbers, noise and equipment needed.
