This event is a special meeting of a subcommittee of the Norfolk Island Visions Assembly, an informal gathering of representatives of the peak bodies auspiced by the Council of Elders. The meeting is not open to the public without prior arrangements. Any person with a particular interest in electricity, and especially the tariff structure, is invited to contact the KLC to discuss an invitation.
